PT Jakti Gamel Sangkara was established on January 12, 2022, based on Deed of Establishment No. 07 of 2022, drawn up before Asep Wachjudin, SH, Notary in Tasikmalaya, and approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under No. AHU-0004647.AH.01.01. 2022, dated January 19, 2022, and is located at Jalan R.E. Martadinata No. 48, Tasikmalaya. In accordance with its Articles of Association, Jakti's business activities include trading and warehousing.

PT Jakti Gamel Sangkara was established with the aim of strengthening the plywood industry and providing added value to it in East Priangan, in particular. To support the plywood industry, the Company currently carries out transportation and trade in supporting raw materials, packaging equipment, WIP products, and other services. In addition, the Company focuses on planning, procurement, construction, and other development activities.
